Shipping
We use The USPS to ship almost all orders. There are occasions when we use UPS. All "Paid" orders that are In Stock at our warehouse ship from our warehouse to the USPS within 3-5 Business Days. Before any item gets packed...it is 'Inspected" by our shipping personnel to ensure quality is acceptable and no faults or flaw were discover on our end prior. Once USPS has received packages....we are not responsible for the loss of any orders documented as being delivered by USPS or UPS to Members' ship to address. For the security of your shipments against theft or bad weather you may want to get a Post Office Box or install a Secure (Locked) Box at your home.
Returns
Should a Member be displeased with an order that is not a manufacturer's defect (Buyer's Remorse...Member chose incorrect size, color, etc.) and wants to return the item then Member must notify Group within 48 hours of receipt in an Email (carolinasgirlnguy@gmail.com) and return item to the Group at Member's expense. Item must be received by Group within 7-10 days. As with any return the item must be in Like New, Unused Condition and in the Original Packaging. Member will receive a Merchandise Credit for the cost of the item only minus a 20% restocking fee. (Shipping is not included in the Merchandise Credit). Damaged items or items with manufacturer's defects must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt in an Email (carolinasgirlnguy@gmail.com) by Member.
